Baumann passes government USPAP class.
- Successful completion of the Universal
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice class is required for
appraisers conducting tax appraisals. Insurers and others are also
appreciative of the course work. If you need an official appraisal,
look for someone who has completed USPAP.
Shirley Baumann
awarded ISA scholarship
- The International Society of Appraisers
selected Shirley Baumann to receive a $1000 scholarship for
continuing education. They award only one scholarship annually to an
experienced appraiser.
Baumann speaks at NAA Conference
- Shirley Baumann spoke to auctioneers from all
over the United States and Mexico at the National Auctioneers
Association Annual Conference in Nashville, TN.
Baumann elected to Wisconsin Auctioneers
Association Board
- Shirley Baumann was elected to a two year
term as a director for the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association at the
organization's annual conference held Jan. 27 - 29 at the Kalahari
Resort, Wisconsin Dells.
